Frequently Asked Questions

When will demolition begin? +
Following the registration of the Development Agreement in July 2025, the next steps are obtaining municipal approvals from NMMC. Demolition is anticipated to begin in 2026, subject to regulatory clearances.
Will we receive transit rent? +
Yes. As per the Development Agreement, the developer is obligated to pay transit rent to all existing members during the construction period. Details of the amount and disbursement schedule will be communicated separately.
How much larger will the new flats be? +
Refer to Annexure J of the Development Agreement which contains flat-wise details of the new areas to be allotted to existing members. The new units will be significantly larger under the 2.5 FSI norms.
Who is the developer? +
The appointed developer is M/s. Nivasti Developers LLP, with their registered office at D/4/5/6, 1st Floor, Above Waman Hari Pethe, Sector 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
What is the current status? +
