Priyanka Paradise Co-operative Housing Society is located in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai — a landmark residential complex originally developed by CIDCO as part of the New Town Development initiative for Navi Mumbai.
After decades of service to its residents, our buildings have aged beyond safe habitation. In alignment with the Government of Maharashtra's Redevelopment Notification (dated 04/02/2015) offering 2.5 FSI for CIDCO dilapidated buildings, the society has unanimously resolved to undergo redevelopment.
